Build Technology
That Actually Matters.

At SWA IT SOLUTIONS, the work is real. The clients are global enterprises with complex, consequential technology challenges — in healthcare, finance, telecom, energy, and logistics. The problems we solve affect how millions of people receive care, manage money, and move goods. If you want to build enterprise technology that has impact beyond the sprint review, this is where to do it.

Four Reasons the Best Technologists Choose Us

We don't compete on ping-pong tables. We compete on the quality of the work, the clarity of the growth path, and the calibre of the people you work alongside.

🌍

Global-Scale Problems

You won't spend your career building internal tools for a mid-market company. SWA engineers work with Fortune 500 clients in 15+ countries — on systems that process millions of transactions, store sensitive patient records, and orchestrate continent-scale logistics operations. The complexity is real; the learning curve is real; the career implications are real.

📈

Structured Career Growth

We publish clear progression frameworks — from associate engineer to principal and beyond — with defined criteria, bi-annual reviews, and a manager who is accountable for the growth conversation actually happening. Promotions are based on demonstrated impact, not tenure and visibility. Certification reimbursement and dedicated training budget are part of the standard package, not perks that require special approval.

🧠

A Learning Culture

Internal tech talks, domain expert sessions, cross-practice working groups, and a Slack culture where senior architects share what they've learned on client engagements — not just post-mortems when things go wrong. We invest in a shared knowledge base because it makes every engagement better and every practitioner more valuable, regardless of which client they're currently serving.

🏡

Genuine Flexibility

Most of our roles are remote-first or hybrid — not "remote until we change our mind." We've built the tooling, the meeting culture, and the documentation standards that make distributed teams as productive as co-located ones, so flexibility isn't in tension with performance. Output matters; hours and location are secondary to delivery quality.

Roles Across Six Practice Areas

We hire across the full technology delivery spectrum. Our practice areas reflect the breadth of what we deliver for clients — not just the engineering function, but the consulting, data, and recruiting capabilities that complete the enterprise service.

How We Hire — No Surprises

We respect your time. Our process is designed to be rigorous enough to be meaningful and fast enough to not be frustrating — typically four to six weeks from application to offer for most roles.

01

Application Review

Every application is reviewed by a human, not screened out by a keyword-matching algorithm. We'll acknowledge receipt within two business days and give you a clear answer within ten — not a silence you have to interpret.

02

Talent Screen

A 30-minute call with a member of our talent team — focused on your background, the type of work you're looking for, and the specifics of the role you applied for. We'll also answer any questions you have about the team, the client context, or the engagement structure.

03

Technical Assessment

A role-appropriate skills evaluation — typically a take-home exercise (under 3 hours) or a structured technical conversation, depending on the discipline. We tell you the format upfront so you can prepare, and we give you written feedback on your submission regardless of the outcome.

04

Panel Interview

A structured conversation with two to three people: your potential direct manager, a senior practitioner from the practice, and a peer-level colleague. We use a consistent rubric, share it with you before the interview, and give all candidates the same questions so evaluation is based on your answers — not on the interviewer's mood on the day.

05

Offer & Onboarding

A written offer within five business days of your final interview — with clear compensation breakdown, start date, and answers to any remaining questions before you sign. Structured onboarding begins on day one, not a week of watching compliance videos before you're allowed to access a system.
